Since our foundation in May 1998, we have established ourselves as a trusted and influential partner for companies ranging from small startups to industry-leading blue-chip organizations. Our services focus on the life sciences, medical devices, digital health and medical diagnostics sectors.

Our Founder

Nigel founded Remtec with an objective to provide the very highest level of specialist recruiting service to the life sciences and medical technology industries. Prior to founding Remtec, Nigel held a variety of roles (Clinical Applications, Sales, and Marketing Management) within the life science and medical device industries (Sarstedt, Medtronic, Caledonian Medical/Angeion). Since founding the company, Nigel has accumulated extensive experience of senior management executive search that has resulted in clients describing his in-depth knowledge of his specialist area as 'unparallelled' in the search and selection industry. Nigel holds a BSc. honours degree in Applied Science.
